AI is Cashing In, But Can It Actually Cash Out for Insurance Tech by 2025?

The Rise of AI in Insurance: What to Expect by 2025 Today, AI handles only 10% of insurance processes, but that number is set to soar, with experts predicting a 24% annual adoption rate. The goal – A customer files a claim, and within minutes, AI in insurance assesses risks, detects fraud, and offers a tailored solution with no lengthy calls and no endless paperwork. By 2025, over 50% of insurers could integrate AI-driven tools, transforming customer experiences and business efficiency. The push is clear: AI is set to streamline, secure, and redefine insurance. The question isn’t if AI will become essential but how fast it will become indispensable. Key Innovations Transforming the Insurance Landscape AI is reshaping insurtech with innovations that go beyond traditional practices. Machine learning analyses massive data sets to predict claims and detect fraud, helping insurers make smarter decisions faster. Predictive analytics, another game-changer in insurtech, enables insurers to forecast risks accurately, creating personalised plans for customers. These tools don’t just boost efficiency; they make insurance accessible and responsive, aligning the industry more closely with customers’ needs. Consumer Expectations: How AI Is Changing Customer Experience Today’s insurance customers crave quick, personalised experiences, and AI insurance is stepping up to deliver. Imagine logging into an app and instantly receiving tailored policy recommendations based on your lifestyle and needs. This is AI in action, learning from user data to craft unique offers that truly fit. Beyond personalisation, AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants provide round-the-clock support, answering questions and handling claims efficiently. Insurers also use AI to streamline claim approvals, cutting wait times from weeks to days, sometimes even minutes. This shift is making insurance less about paperwork and more about real-time solutions, changing how customers experience and expect service in the digital age. Challenges Ahead: Can AI Overcome Industry Hurdles? AI in insurance holds promise but faces hurdles that can’t be ignored. The biggest? Data privacy. Customers worry about how their sensitive information is managed, and strict regulations are adding layers of complexity. World Earth Day – Role of Digital Technologies in Correcting Environmental Impact

Environmental impact, natural calamities and global warming are the biggest moot points today among policymakers and corporates worldwide. While Nature’s Fury is not fully in our hands, technology can be a future safeguard in terms of better response systems, mitigation strategies and correcting environmental impact. With World Earth Day around the corner on 22nd April 2022, now is the time for countries and authorities to adopt comprehensive digital technologies for managing environmental impact, and conditions and contribute towards futuristic, sustainable and sound policymaking. Digital Technologies- How They Stack Up? Digital technologies may enable easier decision-making and response systems through their integration into environment-linked data. For instance, with New Delhi suffering from toxic air quality last winter, residents were able to track everything on the GEMS Air (Global Environment Monitoring System Air) site in real-time. GEMS Air is one of the numerous technologies deployed by the UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) for tracking environmental conditions at local, global and national levels. In the near future, integrated digital data platforms will help countries understand, track, manage and mitigate environmental hazards including growing air pollution and harmful emissions. Multiple public and private sector players are already tapping into digital technologies and data for scaling up environmental action plans. At a time when the world is battling pollution, loss of biodiversity and climate change, digital technologies are enabling transformational measures for safeguarding nature, lowering pollution and boosting overall sustainability. GEMS Air for instance is the biggest air pollution network worldwide, encompassing almost 5,000 cities. More than 50 million people accessed it in 2020 as per reports. It is now playing a crucial role in alerting citizens about risks with real-time updates. How Other Digital Tools Are Contributing To Much-Needed Environmental Action? Big data and other technologies are helping generate timely and effective insights. For instance, farmers now have accurate data on weather and predictive modelling/forecasting applications. They can lower the usage of water, conserve natural resources and prepare for calamities. Applying digital technologies to environmental information is helping in better management and regulations. For instance, migrations of birds are hard to track and cover various regions. This is a major obstacle to conservation efforts in this space. Yet, forecasting models are now helping understand patterns and variances in migration. This knowledge is helping combat migration issues with better policies. Non-governmental change agents are also being mobilized through environmental insights and information, including corporates, communities and organisations. Some tools are already tapping data on emissions of methane already and offering analytics to companies for building future sustainability goals. Simultaneously, digital technologies are playing a role in enhancing overall accountability among all stakeholders, veering policy-making away from distractions towards hardcore and understandable analytics and environmental data. Minimizing environmental impact, identifying potential problems and finding solutions are processes made faster and easier through digital technologies. AI and big data analytics along with IoT, social platforms and mobile applications are contributing towards enhanced sustainability, lower resource usage and greater awareness. At a rudimentary level, these technologies are digitizing workplaces, production units and establishments, making them more environment-friendly and conserving more resources as a result. More corporates are depending on AI and IoT along with analytics for coming up with futuristic and more sustainable practices that lower carbon emissions and minimize wastage. Big data analytics is already at work in certifying products based on their environmental sustainability quotient. Blockchain may be used for greater sustainability in the future, scaling up lifecycles of products, maximizing usage of resources and lowering emissions, thereby greatly contributing to lowering environmental impact. These are only a few of the multifarious use cases of digital technologies and their role in mitigating environmental impact. One aspect is crystal clear- A fusion of environmental understanding, policies and sustainability with digitization is mandatory. It is digital transformation that will enable countries to move towards lower resource wastage, higher conservation and more sustainable ecosystems. On World Earth Day, it is time to embrace the power of technology and use it for environmental good.

Celebrating 25th Year Of INT. Transforming Companies To Tomorrow’s Market Leaders

To build an iconic brand, one needs to inject the right skills with expertise. In the last 24 years of delivering new-age technology solutions, we have worked with various companies at different business life cycle stages. In the meantime, we have also felt the importance of keeping the solutions aligned with the evolving business needs. At INT., we have always tried our expertise in diverse projects. Who would have thought that there would be another popular game for visually impaired kids? Or a newly formed business will find its early success by developing an eCommerce application?  INT. has always offered support to projects that no one believed in. Celebrating the 25th year of INT. wouldn’t have been completed without mentioning these three clients we have collaborated with and brought the best outcome possible.  Tea People- A Premium Tea Brand We have a unique bond with the team of Tea People, a speciality tea company that is passionate about spreading the richness of natural, high-quality whole-leaf tea. Their teas range from the finest premium single estate tea to a selection of exquisite blends, flavoured teas and herbal infusions.  When we were first introduced to the team of Tea People, we were aware of their circumstances. A startup with a dream to cater for the premium tea market with a rich experience. Just like any other startup, Tea People was a low funded project. But they wanted to make their customers aware of their capabilities. Therefore, they decided to build a mobile application that will have a richer look than they are. “As we were starting from zero, it was important for us to have website which will showcase all our capabilities and make our customers believe that we are capable to deliver what we are promising to. When we needed a website with a modern look and (equipped with) all scalable features that would fit in today’s e-commerce site. Most importantly the amount of confidence we got from INT. team was incomparable to others”. Neeraj Agarwal, Co-Founder of Tea People Our partnership resulted in a surge in online sales. They have also experienced more visitors from mobile devices, which increased from 30 % to 55% in a year. With a scalable eCommerce platform, INT. provided their customers with an immersive shopping experience.  Somax Inc– Scalable IoT Solution on Cloud Collaborating with Somax have further enhanced our capabilities to explore a new niche market. They challenged us to build an IoT based scalable solution on the cloud for them. Somax is a software solution provider that specialises in consistently churning out solutions that revolutionise how facilities are maintained. They specialise in advanced maintenance and engineering management, inventory and purchasing management program and information management. Both teams were new to working with cloud, but at INT., we never take a step back when circumstances challenge us with new-age technology. We have always been relieved to expand our capabilities end to end to serve better. Thus, we took up the project and made their hurdles as our own and started working on it. “We actually gave INT. a preliminary design of our mobile application and asked for helping us with it and what they gave us was something that has great design which showed their experience and (capabilities) of designing a mobile app.”– Roger Lawton, CEO, Somax.inc INT. collaborated with the team of Somax and released an upgraded version of the desktop app to a streamlined and powerful sensor-based tool that connected employees, hand-held devices, computers and equipment on the field in real-time. When asked as feedback what they liked most about INT., Roger said “At the time of crisis when we needed to ramp up our resources quickly, and INT. has always supported us at our problems and thus creating a different type of comfort level. From our point of view, you helped us create value. When we started with a product which barely worked, and now we have a mature product used by thousands of users at hundreds of sites.” Circus Master Revenge- Game for Visually Impaired Circus Master Revenge is a project that is close to our hearts. When Joe Quirck, Founder Mental Vision LLC, first narrated the story of the game, we were touched by the thinking process. A game that will provide a chance for visually impaired people to experience just like others.  Irrespective of the market value of the game, we decided to collaborate with Joe and bring his dream into reality. “When I first started with the ideation of the game, it started with the two page summary where I described how the game should be played. Unfortunately, I failed to find a partner who could help me in building this game. I am not a developer but a story writer. Thus, I searched on LinkedIn and found 4-5 developers I emailed them about my project and they replied that there is no market for this type of game. Luckily I found INT. who offered a hand to support my dream project even though they were new to this format of the game.”– Joe Quirck, Founder, Mental Vision LLC We created the game engine from scratch. To get real-life experience of the game, our team entered into the darkroom and imagined the game before developing it. The challenge was immense and demanded hard work. After eighteen months of partnership, we came up with circus master revenge. As Joe said, “My friendly piece of advice to those who dream a project that no one believes in, come to INT. they will go extensive to have your back.” Later, Circus Master Revenge has won the prestigious AppleVis Golden Apples of 2019. The game has been one of the most downloaded games in this category.

Cashpoint had a very particular challenge; they wanted to create an immersive betting experience. The whole idea was to create a high-quality betting experience beyond casinos. Is It The Right Time For Britain To Start Investing In The Software Development Partners Of India? Check Now!

If the second wave of covid 19 has made India weaker, digital resilience has helped India grow faster. Even when the European Union was experiencing a contraction of 0.2% in the last quarter, India grew by 1.6%. Today, India attracts 65% of the world’s software development projects across the globe. In spite of 81% of the population working in the informal sector, India was predicted to go through a disastrous year. Also, India is a place that is predominant with English speaking population. Cheap labour cost, highly skilled workforce and deep internet penetration has attracted 20 billion dollars foreign investment in the four months of lockdown. India is becoming a digital economy, and it is growing faster than before with contributing up to 1 trillion dollars each year. The covid-19 pandemic is the worst nightmare for the world economy, but it has also accelerated the digital transformation underway for a long time.  While passing through the storm, India has differentially equipped itself to deal with the consequences. Among various leading countries of the world, India is where coders, designers, and computer science graduates rule at the workplace. India is now a country with 560 million digital subscribers.  Now is the right time to invest more in the digital economy of the world. The recent trend in India has re-defined its digital resilience towards future uncertainties. Our CEO, in talk with Comment Central, said  “India will be one of the pandemic’s winners as the global economy becomes more digital-focussed and remote work becomes the norm, creating opportunities for India’s young tech-savvy workforce.”  Thus, this trend will also lead to incremental growth of remote work. This trend is very effective for outsourcing software development projects. Reports suggest that the software development partners are highly profiting the companies in various ways, such as: Availing talent at an optimal cost Getting the best talent at the best price is a dream for companies. The best coders for the project are difficult to get, and if one wants to complete the project within budget, it becomes more difficult! Thus India is a place where companies like to outsource their projects at a minimal price.  Pay on an hourly basis When remote workers are hired for software development projects, then it becomes easier for companies to pay only for the engagement hours. This reduces the cost heavily. Experiencing higher productivity with overlapping time periods Indian software development companies ensure that the coders work in the partner’s time zone, which helps the company track the task progress.  And this trend didn’t develop during the covid times only. If it is the new normal for the world, then it is old for India. Rungta further added  “The country’s IT sector has been a leading force for digital transformation globally for several years. Post-pandemic, India may become the world’s leading digital economy. Many Indian companies already lead digital transformations for global companies. If Britain wants a slice of India’s digital resilience, it had better start investing in it now.” Therefore to know more about what our CEO Abhishek Rungta said in talks with comment central, click here.

Is Your Software Developer Charging You A Fair Price? 5 Questions To Ask

How to configure, identify and reach the right price for a software product? Aren’t we all confused about it? In fact, a number of times, when we receive a quote from various software partners with a huge pricing difference, we are super confused. We are most likely thinking that we are being overcharged by one and undercharged by the other. What is the fair price? How can you identify that effectively and quickly? It comes instinctively the temptation of going with the one with the vendor who has quoted the lowest and saved some bucks for marketing/adoption of the product. But is it the right approach? Over the last two decades, we have seen these situations umpteen number of times. Sometimes, we were tagged as someone affordable, and sometimes, overpriced. Understanding fair pricing for a project depends upon the following questions that must be answered for us all to derive it: Price of Hand Vs. Price of Brain. What do you need? There are many food delivery applications in the market, and you only use the top two. Why so? Some of the reasons are unique features, and also it has all the required features to complete the customer journey and another is brand value. When you want uniqueness in your applications, you need consultative technical leads who will ideate with you and develop a unique featured application to compete in the market. They can help you create the most needed USP for your venture/application.  On the other hand, when it comes to paying the developers, you must ask yourself what are you paying for? Is it for their capability to ideate and innovate, or for their vanilla developing procedure? Tasks Vs Goals. Do you need to sustain for the long term? When you are looking to onboard talent for your project, you need to look at the company’s resources. A decent software development company has a profit margin of 20 to 30 percent, and the first step to cost-cutting is either firing resources or hiring semi-skilled resources.   Neither this competitive market nor your project needs semi-skilled/amateur resources. Charging less than the competitive market price automatically leads to compensating less or hiring less skilled resources, thus leading to compromised quality.   So, can these companies be able to support you in the long term? Can it keep doing the same for you during challenging periods such as what we all went through during the COVID-19 global crisis? Therefore, you should consider what you are paying for when you estimate your development cost: Is it for sustainability along with resilience or a quick no-frills project with zero value-added support.  Project Dashboard Vs Monthly Reports: What is their infrastructure? How will they manage your dynamic needs? For a swift delivery, a development company needs the right setup in terms of software, hardware, and networking. When you are judging pricing based on many parameters, infrastructure should be one among them and is critical too. A company might be good at developing software at a reasonable price but may lack domain expertise in your project related area. Can it make your project successful? Consider the development of a banking application, expertise in the banking sector domain is a must-have. The team should have domain expertise such as banking architecture, governmental regulations, and advanced security practices. Lack of infrastructure and domain expertise can pause your growth and sometimes spell doom for your project too. It is also important why some vendors can charge you a much lesser price.  The cost can be a crucial factor, but it is not a bigger issue than the failed application. The higher opportunity cost of building and deployment your failed software application can be super detrimental. Daily Stand Up vs Periodical Review. Do your stakeholders have a similar understanding of a project like yours? You might have been in a situation when you felt like even after trying out three to four vendors, the project has not even reached near to your expectations. Have you ever thought of the possible reasons and, more importantly, the impact on your business? The reason that people often overlook is a debilitating communication gap between you and your software development company. Every company has a different format to quote the price based on the requirements of the project. The problem begins when your developer quotes a price for the project based on said requirements, and you have already developed a contradictory idea of the project. Hence, communication between a client and his vendor should be as agile and real-time as possible. When contradiction arises in the thought process, the gap increases between project expectation and price quotation. Thus it becomes critical for you to define your requirements to your developer loud and clear, and the selected vendor must have the mechanism to only acknowledge this requirement but also act on it kinetically which is only possible if they have the right resources in place to do so. Specifying the requirements clearly is crucial, and often good developers help you out with it. Developers can distinctly specify project requirements after completing rigorous testing on various business models, analyzing market and competitor’s models, and acquiring insight into the project related factors such as the various edge cases of use. Pricing your project depends upon the right detailing, which may not always be possible from your end. It is crucial, or else you will land up in a loop of experimentation, further affecting your relationship with your vendor. Hence, it is vital to select a vendor that is both proactive and reactive to your inputs and can give relevant and specific inputs of their own towards the scoping of your project for its success. Low Total Cost of Ownership vs. Super HighTotal Cost of Ownership.  Are you calculating the Total project value?    When you are in the market for a while and taking services from at most two vendors for quite a long time, you become a loyal customer to them. A key client can always

At Indus Net Technologies, we integrate creativity with superior development skills by establishing long-term alliances and consulting with our clients. Hence why over the last year we worked with big brands like Axis Bank, LG, Tesco Bank and Honeywell. Also, we helped with the advancement of a few start-ups. That’s another reason why our web development skills are so highly ranked. Without the help of our customers, we would not have received such a high rating from TechReviewer. We want to thank them for the time they took to review us. Our team is eager to develop more bulletproof-powered apps for clients worldwide. Thank you! We are honored to be recognized as one of the best web developers in India. We will continue to justify the confidence placed in us by TechReviewer, our clients and partners. We believe we will reach new heights, expand our technology expertise and gain more winning awards in web app development.
