To promote active participation from freelancers, Gigster is adding freelancer equity program. Freelancers will get a share of equity on the profit earned by Gigster after paying back the investors. This is a promising initiative with long term financial security for freelancers who continue to help clients on Gigster. The scheme looks ambitious though, it all depends on the success of Gigster and its clients.
