Most Mexican banks don’t allow their customers to use debit card online. To counter this, Uber is issuing its own debit card called the UberCard to boost riding among Mexicans. Issued by MasterCard through online bank Bankaool, UberCard can be used ubiquitously. What’s more, customers can link the card to their Uber accounts to get first ride free. Smart move to bank on.
